Important Policies
Booking & Payment
Guided cave dives are reserved in advance and subject to availability.
A one-day guiding fee is required as a non-refundable deposit to confirm the booking.
The remaining balance is due 10 days before the scheduled guiding date.
Bookings are considered confirmed only once the deposit has been received.
Diver Responsibility & Eligibility
By booking guided cave dives, divers confirm that they:

Hold an appropriate cave diving certification for the planned dives

Are medically fit to dive and responsible for their own fitness to dive
-
Are autonomous cave divers capable of managing their equipment and procedures independently
Guided dives are not instructional dives and do not include skills training or certification evaluation.
Guiding Conditions
Guiding is conducted under the following principles:

Dives are planned conservatively, based on certification level, experience, and objectives

The guide manages navigation, logistics, and overall dive structure

Divers remain responsible for their own gas management and safety
Guides may modify or cancel dives at any time due to environmental conditions, equipment issues, or safety considerations.
Cancellations & Credits
Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
In case of cancellation for valid reasons (injury, illness, force majeure):

No refund will be issued

The paid amount may be retained as a guiding credit, valid for 18 months
-
Unused credits expire after 18 months
Final Notes
Guided cave diving is conducted in complex and potentially hazardous environments.
