Overview

Cécilie “Lili” Reynet is a French-born cave and sidemount instructor with a strong background in sports education and movement-based training. Fluent in English, French, and Spanish, she combines technical precision with a calm, structured teaching style.
 

Before entering professional diving, Lili earned a degree in sports education and worked for over a decade as a personal trainer in France and Argentina. She also led VIP wilderness and expedition-style tours, developing strong instructional and organizational skills in demanding environments.
 

Lili began diving in 2008 and became a professional instructor in 2014, specializing early in technical and cave diving. She has logged more than 4,000 dives worldwide, including over 2,500 cave dives, with a strong focus on sidemount and multi-stage configurations.

Good cave diving starts with body control, awareness, and consistency.
 

Lili’s instruction emphasizes trim, propulsion, stability, and mental calm, allowing divers to operate efficiently without task overload. Training is adapted to each diver’s background while maintaining strict performance standards.

Her courses are demanding but progressive, focused on building confidence through competence—not pressure.
